This is research study on gender sensitivity in government employment sector (Punjab province), conducted by Insan Foundation in collaboration with Gender Reform Action Plan (Punjab) and CIDA Devolution Support Project (a project of CoWater International, Canada). The research was undertaken in 23 districts and 6 provincial line departments of the Punjab including health, local government & community development, Home, Services & General Administration, Education and, Planning & Development Department
This Rapid Situation Analysis of Gender Reform Action Plan (Punjab) was undertaken with the collaboration of ActionAid Pakistan and Gender Reform Action Plan (Punjab) to highlight gaps in the implementation of the GRAP Punjab and suggestively assist the provincial government in taking proactive measures.

This document contains success stories of how sports can transform lives of the volunteers, staff and Afghan refugees. The booklet gives us understanding about the role of sports in changing practices with regards to health and hygiene, gender and social interaction.

"Footsteps: A Study on Afghan Refugee Children in Pakistan" covers contemporary situation of the rights of the basic and strategic rights of the Afghan Refugee children in Pakistan. It also covers local peoples' perceptions about Afghan refugees.
These publications sensitize social activists and general masses about various different forms of child rights violations which exist traditionally in Pakistani society and corresponding articles of CRC which bind state to take action. The publication is a made-easy method to familiarize people with CRC.
These publications sensitize people about role of educational institutions and families in promoting child labor in Pakistan. Corporal punishment and suppressive environment is two reasons exemplified in the form of stories of children who lost their lives eventually. These stories are just fiction but these reflect conditions of the lives of thousands of children in Pakistan.
This is a one-pager on Peace and Smile tournament that Insan held at the end of 2008. It gives some details how Insan uses sports as a means to promote peace and culture of peaceful coexistence.
These two publications are joint-productions to aware people about MDGs and promises of the state of the world, including that of Pakistan that it made on behalf of its citizens.
